Talking Buyers Out of Houses...instead of into them!

I’ve probably talked more buyers out of houses than into them. 🏡

And I’m completely okay with that.

My job isn’t to convince you to buy a house just because you walked in and fell in love with the kitchen.

It’s to notice the things you might not notice when you’re already picturing your furniture in the living room.

The location you might regret.
The resale issue that could matter later.
The expensive update hiding behind the pretty finishes.
The red flag that deserves a second look.

Sometimes my advice is, “This is a great house. Let’s go for it.”

And sometimes it’s, “I think we can do better.”

I don’t get paid unless you buy a house, but I’d much rather lose a sale than watch you buy the wrong one.
