More house. More yard. More breathing room. And you’re not giving up all the things you actually want nearby.
That’s one of the biggest misconceptions I hear about moving farther west in Northern Virginia. You’re not moving to the middle of nowhere. 😂
The Gainesville area has grown tremendously, and for a lot of people who are ready for a little more space without leaving Northern Virginia behind, it’s worth a serious look.
And after living here for 30+ years, I can definitely tell you what’s changed, what hasn’t, and where I’d look if I were making the move today.
